Both units open directly out onto a sunny balcony with outdoor furniture for Guests to relax after their fun packed day in Kaikoura.

There is good heating provided and the doors and windows are all double glazed for your comfort. Private entrance and parking space. Own keys for lockup.

The Mount Fyffe Suite has a Luxury Super King bed.

The Coastal View Suite has a Luxury Queen-size bed.

Our Guests love our beds which are very comfortable, excellent quality and fitted with an electric blanket and a woolrest. These two Suites have excellent ensuite showers with toileteries, hairdryer, bathrobe heated towel rail, heater, fan, quality towels & face cloths. Kitchenettes with a fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery & dishes, a kettle, tea & coffee facilities, ironing facilities, heater & ceiling fan, table & chairs, plus a comfortable sofa.

Each Unit has complimentary biscuits, chocolates, a beer & wine, plus there are fresh flowers provided. Lounge area with DVD/movies, 32" wide screen Digital/Statellite TV, stereo/CD player, local books to read.

The Garden and Mountain View Apartment

This apartment is self-contained and is situated on the ground level, it opens out to a private garden and lawn area with a nice outlook of the Mountains & rural land. Outside table & chairs provided.

It is private and spacious and has a sunny bedroom with 1 comfortable Queensize bed, fitted with an electric blanket and a woolrest.

There is a double sofa bed available in the lounge area which is suitable for 1 Adult or 2 children. 1 cot & high chair available.

There is a nice kitchenette with a fridge, conventional/microwave oven, hotplate, cutlery & dishes, jug & tea & coffee facilities. A lounge & dining area with a 28" flat screen Digital Satellite TV, stereo/CD player, DVD/movies. Wireless Internet is available. Good Heating provided.

Toys and books are available for the children.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity unit, heater, toileteries, heated towel rail, towels, face cloths, bathrobes. A private toilet. Laundry and ironing facilities available to use.

The Mountain & Roses Bedroom

This is a private bedroom and bathroom in Hosts home.

It has a comfortable Double bed with an electric blanket and a woolrest, facing directly out to the Mountains and Rose Garden.

A table & chairs, fridge, tea & coffee facilities, complimentry biscuits, chocolates, heater, wardrobe & case rack, 22' TV/DVD movies, a clock & radio. Free wireless Internet. Local books etc.

It has a spacious, private bathroom directly across the hallway with a good shower, toilet & toileteries, vanity, heated towel rail, wall heater, towels etc. Both have lockable doors. Own keys provided.

A generous continental Breakfast is included in the tariff and served in Hosts dining room.
